Welcome to The Marketplace Online, our newest venture. We are pleased to welcome back our loyal consignors and extend a warm greeting to those who are new to our platform. Allow me to provide a brief overview of our history: In 1983, amidst challenging economic conditions, I co-hosted my first horse sale alongside Vic Clark in Columbus, Ohio. This initial endeavor proved to be a valuable learning opportunity, honing my skills in effectively marketing horses through public auctions. Following my relocation to Texas, I established one of the pioneering Ranch Horse Sales in Vernon. Subsequently, upon moving to Oklahoma, I initiated the biannual Ardmore Horse Sale, which has since been running successfully for 28 years. During my time in Oklahoma, I also managed the esteemed Polo Ranch, a prominent breeding facility housing Grays Starlight and Rooster. While I found gratification in the breeding aspect of the industry, my passion has always been centered around the art of horse trading.

At The Marketplace Online, our primary objective is to ensure that sellers feel reassured when consigning their horses with us while providing buyers with confidence in their purchases. Although our sale takes place in an online auction format, we strive to recreate the immersive experience of an in-person auction by furnishing buyers with comprehensive information including high-quality photos, videos, and x-rays (where applicable). Additionally, we grant buyers direct access to consignors for firsthand insights about the horses on offer. The sale catalog will be published online during the week of the event.
